    • Consultation was not conducted due to technical issues
    • Payment was deducted but service not delivered

  • Cancellation before sample collection: Eligible for refund
  • After sample collection: No refund applicable

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
